Easter Market

While strolling through the colorful market, museum visitors can fully immerse themselves in the spirit of spring and the upcoming Easter season. Around 80 exhibitors will present their creations this year. From traditional Easter eggs in various styles to unique spring decorations, white embroidery, linen crafts, garden accessories, and wood art – there’s something for every taste.

Culinary delights are provided by the Hessenpark restaurants and snack stands offering regional specialties.

Young Easter fans can look forward to a big Easter egg hunt in the barn from Hadamar, where 2,500 eggs are waiting to be found. Those interested in traditional crafts can stop by the bakehouse or watch the historical housewife in the Haus aus Eisemroth dye Easter eggs. Children can make jumping rabbits, shape small Easter bowls from clay, or roll seed balls. On Saturday, felted Easter eggs will also be made. Demonstrations and hands-on activities take place from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
