Just 100 years ago, our clothing was made entirely from natural fibers such as flax, hemp, and wool. Today, these materials are regaining importance in the spirit of sustainability. On the first weekend of the Hessian summer holidays, visitors of all ages can try their hand at traditional textile-making techniques, as well as fabric care and dyeing.
