Thementag “Von der Sau zur Worscht”

Bei der beliebten Winterveranstaltung gewinnen Museumsbesucher*innen einen Einblick in das Fleischerhandwerk früherer Zeiten und können die traditionelle Wurstherstellung in der Schlachtküche beobachten. Im historischen Backhaus aus Probbach werden deftige Kuchen aus Brotteig, Wurst und Speck zubereitet. Für Kostproben ist an beiden Orten gesorgt. Kinder können im Schweinestall aus Oberkalbach die Dauerausstellung „SchweineWelten. Stallgeschichten rund um Mensch und Borstentier“ anschauen.
Um 15:30 Uhr startet darüber hinaus die Führung “Allerlei Schweinerei”. Treffpunkt ist der Brunnen auf dem Marktplatz.
