Why was the Hessenpark Open Air Museum created? What is its setup like? This guided tour especially addresses children and offers an overview of the museum’s role, its concept, the different ensembles of historic buildings and the varied activities. If you wish, we can elaborate on aspects which are especially interesting to children. Possible topics include the traditional livestock breeds living on the museum site or how children in the countryside lived and played a century ago. The guided tour is available in English, French, Spanish, Turkish and Dutch. Please state the preferred language of your group in the field for remarks.
