German beekeeping Days

On the Day of German Beekeeping the museum will be buzzing with guided tours, hands-on activities and craft demonstrations. At 11 a.m., 2 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. our beekeeper is out and about, offering tours to the museum’s bee colonies and honey production sites in the apiary from Mammolshain. Whilst young guests are invited to felt bee figurines, the community bakehouse will be filled with the delicious smell of traditional German bee sting cake!
